Frequently Asked Questions

How long are the sessions?

Each day will take between 10-20 minutes

Will I need to buy any equipment?

You can do most of these exercises at home with minimal to no equipment. You can also do these as a warm up at the gym.

How many days do I need to dedicate to this?

The program would best be done at least 4 days/week. Each week is meant to be repeated twice, which gives you more time to be consistent with each exercise and get the most benefit from them.

What if PT hasn't worked for me in the past?

That's a really common theme I've heard from my clients in my years of experience and yet I've managed to have a high success rate with those same clients. Oftentimes their PT experience was too general and never took a deep dive into the foot and pelvis. Although I can't promise that this program is for everyone especially without a thorough evaluation, but this was created based off of the hundreds of people I have helped using this method.
